| Chuck Boggess, CEO |
| Chuck
Boggess joined Texas Reconstruction in March of 1979 as an electrician's
helper. After learning several of the trades associated with General
Contracting, Chuck was trained in Sales & Estimating. In 1994 Bob Whitt,
the owner and founder of Texas Reconstruction, decided to retire and
offered to sell the company to some of the employee's. Chuck jumped at
the chance and entered negotiations to buy Texas Reconstruction from Mr.
Whitt. In January of 1995, Chuck took the helm and hasn't looked back.
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Chuck has seen many
changes. One thing that He says has never changed is the satisfaction of
a job well done. |

| Robert Walton, Sales/Estimator |
| A native
to the Fort Worth area, Robert has served in the construction and
restoration industry for 15 years. He has been with Texas Reconstruction
since 1997. Robert is experienced in all phases of damage assessment,
estimate preparation. He interfaces with the homeowner, insurance
company, and adjuster to bring about a decisive and accurate
implementation plan for repairs. Robert is licensed by the State of
Texas as a property adjuster specializing in fire, water and storm
damages. |

| Caleb Weaver, Production Manager |
| With
over 7 years of construction experience, Caleb brings current
construction principles to the renovation process. Caleb has the unique
ability to balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the job
to make sure each project is completed with professional timeliness. |

| Joining
Texas Reconstruction in 1984. Karla is an invaluable asset to the
